Cancellation & Returns

We accept exchange requests in order to change the size or style of Noi tre shoes within 14 days post delivery. 

Noi tre would require the shoes delivered back to our warehouse in the original condition they were shipped in, with the tags, box, dust bags.

Customer shall provide the return shipping. 

Once our team receives the product we’ll check the items and take your request into action as early as possible.
